Change Creators Foundation (CCF) was founded to help create opportunities for healing, growth, belonging, education, and support—for individuals, relationships, families, and communities.

We recognize that experiences and barriers can carry across generations. Through non-clinical education, community programming, resource connection, and collaboration, we work to support meaningful change that can benefit future generations.

Our Approach

We believe change happens at many levels: through individual support, stronger relationships and communities, and improvements to the systems that shape people’s lives.

As a growing nonprofit, we are developing programs and partnerships that respond to community needs. Volunteers and student interns contribute through programming, outreach, fundraising, and operations.

April is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist whose experience informs CCF’s focus on intergenerational trauma, connection, and access to support.

Change Creators Foundation is governed by a board of directors that provides organizational oversight and helps guide its mission and development.
